Octopus Events was founded in 2023 by Dimitra Kalantoni and Panos Papadopoulos with the aim of providing high-standard conference management services, focusing on the organization of Corporate Events. Our company draws inspiration from rich experience and a love for the art of conferences, while also incorporating fresh and innovative ideas into our approach.

Our mission is to create high-level events with an emphasis on the uniqueness and personal touch of each project, combining aesthetic perfection with advanced technology, while always maintaining human contact and excellent customer service.
With the addition of Panos Papadopoulos, an experienced partner and son of Dimitra Kalantoni, we combine tradition with innovation, creating a strong foundation for our business. Our 24 years of experience in the industry and the supervision of more than 850 conferences at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) up until May 2023 make us the most suitable professionals for the successful implementation of Premium Events.
In less than a year of operation, Octopus Events has strengthened its team with specialized professionals who have deep knowledge and passion for the industry. We have successfully completed 10 different events, managing over 3,000 participants from 30 countries, with outstanding results, thanks to our effective collaboration with top names in our field.
